Acting Apprenticeship Program
This 17-week actor-training program starts in early May and extends through the first week of September. The program enables college-aged and early career professional actors to gain a better understanding of the commitment and skill set required to become a professional actor. Through classroom study, rehearsal process, understudy assignments, professional networking and performance, apprentices are able to explore different aspects of their artistic development.
Apprentices are paid a stipend for the 17 weeks and engage solely in actor training for the duration of the program. Participants are selected through auditions that are held by invitation during March and April. Participants are also eligible to become Equity Membership Candidates.
