Q: What is the best way to go about purchasing group tickets?
A: If your group is large, consider dividing up the seats by selecting “yes” to “Ok to splitting seats.” In addition, do not pick “best available” when you come to the options screen, instead select “choose seats” in order to show all seating options.
Q: Why doesn’t the Early Bird Discount apply to my order?
A: When selecting performances from June 14 to July 6 (by May 25) an Early Bird discount will appear on the options screen when purchasing tickets. It should automatically default as the selected discount. If it does not appear to do so, type in the number of seats in the blank box next to Early Bird in order to apply this discount.
Q: Why doesn’t the Family Night Discount apply to my order?
A: On nights designated as Family Nights, the Family Night discount will apply only to a family of four. You must select four tickets next to the Family Night discount to have it apply.
Q: How do I order a subscription?
A: Please contact Box Office staff at email@example.com; leaving the best number to reach you and someone will assist you ASAP.
Q: Why are the seats different colors on the seating map?
A: The different colors on the seating map designate which seats are unsold and where they are located. Click on the radial button of the section in which you want to sit (e.g. center, side, restricted view, partially restricted view). In the section you have selected, the colored circles are unsold while the white circles are sold. Circles with yellow backgrounds represent restricted view seating while circles with brown backgrounds represent partially restricted seating.
Q: How come I cannot select Wheelchair accessible seating online?
A: Wheelchair-accessible seating is reserved for every show night. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and leave the best number to contact you. Someone from Box Office staff will be glad to assist you.
Q: How can I reserve a group of 25+ tickets and make a 50% deposit?
A: If you would like to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on a group of tickets, 25+, please email us at email@example.com, with the best number to reach you. Someone from Box Office staff will be glad to assist you.
Q: What age is considered Senior? Student?
A: The Senior discount applies to those ages 65+. The Student discount applies to those between the age of 13 and 18, or with a valid student ID.
Q: I’m having trouble with navigating the online ordering. Sometimes the page I’m on does not fully load. What could be the problem?
A: Some Internet browsers do not fully support our ticket site, our apologies. You may have trouble if you are using Google Chrome or Safari.
