HAMLET
By William Shakespeare
Directed by Devin Brain

This haunting tragedy begs the devastating question:

Where should a young man turn when his father is killed, his mother remarries, and the life he knew has been taken from him? At its heart, HAMLET is a play about young men and women struggling with loss, death, and the inescapable feeling that they don’t fit into the world around them. Offering middle and high school audiences the opportunity to see themselves reflected in Shakespeare’s brooding language, our 90-minute production brings an intimacy and immediacy to students’ experience of Prince Hamlet’s iconic story of murder and madness. Followed by a talk-back with the actors. Study guide included.
