Whether you are a longtime Member or have just become one through a new gift or ticket donation, we’re happy to have you among our family of supporters. Even without the physical tent to bring us together, we’re rolling out events with fascinating and talented artists.

HVSF Members are invited to join us for a happy hour every other Thursday evening for a chance to hear directly from our artists. Familiar faces will share memories from their time under the tent and insights about their ongoing work. A custom cocktail recipe will be sent to you beforehand, and we’ll wrap up by raising a glass to HVSF.

How do plays written by a dead white man over 400 years ago speak to our world today? Does Shakespeare truly belong to everyone? Join us as a group of theater leaders offer their perspectives and opinions.

Fat Rascals: Dining at Shakespeare’s Table with John Tufts

Date to be Announced
Please note, this event had been previously scheduled for Thursday, June 4. We have decided to postpone.
A self-described Shakespeare nerd, John has combed Shakespeare’s plays for references to food. And there are multitudes! Descriptions of food people eat, how people look like food, insulting people with food, characters named after food, and characters baked into food. John created a book based on his research and passion for cooking.
