Childcare at Hudson Valley Shakespeare
Love theater, but have kids who'd rather be engaged in arts-related activities than sitting through a performance? We've got you covered. This season, Hudson Valley Shakespeare is delighted to offer on-site childcare for potty confident children aged 3-7 during select Sunday performances.
While parents and guardians attend a performance, your children will be able to cared for onsite by experienced childcare professionals.
Dates and Timing
Childcare will be available from approximately 4:30PM – 8:30PM for the following performances only:
As You Like It - Sunday, July 19
King Lear - Sunday, August 23
Les Misérables - Sunday, September 6
Families should plan to drop off registered children no earlier than 30 minutes before the 5:00PM performance and pick them up promptly after the show. Exact drop-off and pick-up times will be provided in advance for each performance.
How do I Sign Up?
Space is limited, so please call the HVS box office at 845.265.9575 to reserve your spot. An HVS team member will then be in touch to collect all the necessary information to register your child.
HOW TO BOOK
1. Contact the Box Office to book your tickets to the performance, and/or reserve your spot for Childcare.
2. You’ll get a follow-up email with your final steps to complete registration.
Childcare is available to ticket purchasers only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Please fill out the form 24 hours in advance of the performance.
