Family Workshops & Relaxed Performances
On select Sundays during the season, HVS offers family-focused performances that offer pre-show workshops for all ages followed by a relaxed performance, that offer a more accommodating atmosphere for audiences.
Relaxed Performances are tailored especially for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or those who prefer a less formal environment. During these performances, thoughtful adjustments to the show's elements may be made in consideration of the audience's needs.

Workshop led by The Yellow Finch Project
Step into the world of Shakespeare’s As You Like It with The Yellow Finch Project in a playful, accessible workshop designed for young people and their families. Using sensory storytelling, theater games, and imaginative exploration, this interactive experience offers a gentle and engaging way into the characters, emotions, and themes of the play as part of Hudson Valley Shakespeare’s relaxed performance day.
