Daniel Kramer is co-chair of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Group at the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He has handled complex litigations for some of the world’s largest companies and has significant experience representing boards of directors in corporate governance issues and special committees in internal investigations. Daniel also lectures and writes extensively on securities litigation, corporate governance, and regulatory issues. He is the co-editor of Corporate Internal Investigations: An International Guide, and the co-author of Federal Securities Litigation: A Deskbook for the Practitioner and of Regulation of Market Manipulation. He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Wesleyan University. He is married to Judith Mogul and has three children, Ilona, Hannah and Joshua.
