Sean McNall is thrilled to return to Hudson Valley Shakespeare, having played Romeo in 2001 just out of The Juilliard School of Drama. For the past twelve years he has been a member of The Pearl Theatre Resident Acting Company in New York City, where he appeared in over forty productions, receiving an OBIE Award for Sustained Excellence of Performance and sharing a Drama Desk Award recognizing the Stalwart ensemble. His recent productions include Terrence McNally’s And Away We Go, Shaw’s You Never Can Tell, and Henry IV, Part One, directed by Davis McCallum. Sean was Director of Education and a teaching artist with The Pearl and is proud to have acquired significant funding to provide arts programming for children and teens throughout the five boroughs. He and his wife, Abigail, have a wonderful son named Declan.
