Aamar-Malik Culbreth (Comedy, Matchmaker, Julius Caesar) is a multi-disciplinary performance artist from North Carolina and he is so grateful to be a part of the HVS Season! He is a Next Wave Initiative Scholar winning the Hattie McDaniel Acting Scholarship and was recently awarded a Cleveland Critics Circle Award for his work in Jitney! Some of his favorite roles include Fredric in Pirates of Penzance (Cape Rep), Romeo in Romeo & Juliet, Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Utah Shakespeare Festival), and Ogie in Waitress! BWMT.
