Laura Jean Wilson joined the HVSF Board in 2007. As a member of the board of Faith at Work (a liberal ecumenical national Christian organization), for over 20 years she was co-chair and speared-headed the creation of development efforts. She also served on the Development Committee of The Civil Support Division of the NYC Legal Aid Board. Laura has been involved in lay leadership at Marble Collegiate Church for over 20 years. Her professional career included being the first woman named corporate syndicate manager at an NYSE firm. She was also a regional marketing director and a national marketing director for two other NYSE firms. With a partner, she ran a private money management business. Laura is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Skidmore College. With her husband, Mark, and their two children, Tyler and Morgan, Laura lives in Manhattan and Garrison.
