Stephanie Paul has stepped out of retirement to serve in an interim capacity with the HVS Development team, bringing with her an impressive background in nonprofit leadership and development. With over 20 years in the sector, Stephanie has demonstrated remarkable skill in building and sustaining organizations.
In 2024, she retired from her role as Executive Director of myFace, where she was instrumental in crafting and executing strategies that ensured the organization’s financial stability and growth. Under her leadership, myFace achieved an annual revenue of $2M, enhancing its ability to impact the lives of individuals with facial differences. Stephanie’s role involved fostering relationships with key stakeholders, driving funding initiatives, and guiding the organization towards a vibrant future.
Stephanie’s experience also includes her tenure as the Senior Vice President of Development and Marketing at the American Parkinson Disease Association, where she developed national programs to raise brand awareness and support research and education for Parkinson’s disease. At the Avon Foundation for Women, she managed significant fundraising campaigns, including the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and the Annual Avon Foundation Awards Gala. Her career began with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Regional Field Director.
Before diving into the nonprofit world, Stephanie spent a decade in the corporate sector as a meeting and event professional with prestigious firms such as Merrill Lynch, McKinsey & Company, and Bankers Trust. She also enjoyed a career performing in musical theatre as proud member of Actors’ Equity Association, showcasing her versatility and passion for the arts.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and continues to learn and grow through her diverse experiences in both professional and personal arenas.
