Randy Florke is a Cold Spring resident, Real Estate Broker, interior designer, and owner of The Rural Connection. He has a real estate office in Greenwich Village and honed his skill as a “home finder” during his many years as a contributing editor at Country Living magazine where he helped the editors find locations that emphasized a story or idea they were trying to highlight. He would often transform “off the beaten path” properties into layouts to share with the much-interested readers of the magazine. Randy is a realtor, editor, stylist, designer, and renovator with a large presence in a variety of media. He has held appearances on The Today Show, features in W Magazine and Country Living magazines, and has authored books: Your House, Your Home as well as Restore, Recycle, Repurpose. He serves on a variety of other Boards including the Bard Prison Initiative. He was born and raised in Iowa and is married to New York Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney. They have three children, Jesus, Daley, and Essie.
