Robin Arditi was a corporate and securities lawyer with the New York law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton until 1987. From 1987-1996 she was with Credit Suisse First Boston, where she served as chief legal officer and deputy and acting general counsel. She is a former member of the board of directors of Paramount Center for the Arts (Peekskill, NY) and is presently on the advisory board of the Constitution Marsh Audubon Center and Sanctuary. She is a painter and currently studies at the National Academy of Fine Arts in NYC. She received a BA from Smith College and a JD from Columbia University School of Law. After law school she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Abraham D. Sofaer, a U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of New York. She and her husband, Ralph Arditi, live in Manhattan and Garrison with their two daughters.
