The Theater Tent is up, the actors are come hither, the Box Office is about to open, and we’re counting down the days until Summer 2018 begins! Help us celebrate the season with a morning of FREE activities in Boscobel’s Visitor Center:
Coffee & Conversation (10:30am)
Making her HVSF debut this summer as Marion in David Farr’s female-forward The Heart of Robin Hood, and as Geertje in the Festival’s community-driven Rip Van Winkle, company member Robyn Kerr will open the day in dialogue with HVSF Associate Artistic Director and company member Sean McNall. The two will discuss the themes uniting this season’s productions and life under the HVSF Theater Tent.
Theater Arts Workshop (11:15am)
Enjoy a Theater Arts Workshop with teaching Artists and alums of HVSF’s 2017 Conservatory Company Zach Fike Hodges and Maryn Shaw (both seen in last season’s Love’s Labour’s Lost, Twelfth Night, and The Book of Will). Hodges and Shaw will illuminate techniques used onstage by HVSF actors and will lead audiences through a round of theater games.
