Timed Arrival
Based on the seating section you book, you will be assigned an entry time to the tent. Prior to the start of the performance, HVSF’s staff will announce when it is time for your group to enter the tent and will guide you to your seat. Similar to airline boarding groups. If you do not have a picnic reservation, arrive at the site approximately 15 minutes before your timed entry to the tent.
